Healthy habits
start at home.
I’m Rose, the founder of FuelFriend. My work began with helping athletes understand their health and fueling. FuelFriend brings that interest into family life, supporting the parents who help their children build everyday habits.

Questions about FuelFriend
Can I download FuelFriend yet?
Not yet. FuelFriend is in internal testing. The first public release is planned to be free for adult parents and caregivers in the US. We’ll add the App Store link here when it’s available.
Can I talk to Freddie on this website?
Yes, you can try a guided demo on the Freddie page. Typed questions match supported topics. It doesn’t connect to a live AI service or your app records.
Is it only for families with children who play sport?
No. FuelFriend is nutrition education for parents, whether the day includes school, sport or a trip. Food ideas, family meals and conversations about food matter beyond practice, too.
Does Freddie give personal nutrition advice?
Personalized education and recommendations are planned after launch, using information parents choose to share about their children. We’re working toward guidance informed by research and expert input. The first release offers general education and guided planning. FuelFriend does not diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace your child’s healthcare professional.
Do children use FuelFriend themselves?
The first release is for adult parents and caregivers. We’re also working toward accounts for teens aged 13 and over shortly after our official launch, so they can take a more active role as they grow. Teen accounts aren’t available yet; we’ll share timing and details as that release gets closer.
