These terms cover FuelFriend’s informational website and its interactive examples, operated by EnduraX LLC.

They do not replace a separate app license, app privacy notice or terms presented for a future account or paid service. This website has no account registration, checkout or subscription.

Education and demonstrations

The website provides general nutrition education for adult parents and caregivers. Freddie’s guided responses, example plans and family-fit results are demonstrations, not an assessment of your child or individualized nutrition advice. See Education and safety and Freddie and AI for the current limits.

FuelFriend does not diagnose or treat conditions, interpret growth, prescribe calorie or supplement targets, or verify allergy safety. Website information does not replace a qualified healthcare professional who knows your child. Do not delay seeking care because of something on this website.

Using and sharing the website

You may browse, link to our pages and use the educational material for your own family’s learning and planning. You may share links and brief attributed excerpts. Respect third-party source material and its separate rights. Do not reproduce or sell substantial parts of FuelFriend’s content or present our name, logo or Freddie as your own or as an endorsement.

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. These terms do not restrict rights or uses that applicable law protects.

Names, content and feedback

FuelFriend’s name, original website content, logo and Freddie artwork belong to EnduraX LLC or their respective rights holders. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. Links to educational sources do not mean those organizations endorse FuelFriend.

You retain your rights in information you send us. We use support correspondence as described in Website privacy; these terms do not grant permission to sell your family information, enroll you in research or train an AI model on your messages. Please send general product feedback without identifying child information, medical records or material you are not authorized to share.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but it can contain errors, become outdated or be unsuitable for an individual situation. Examples do not guarantee a health, feeding or performance outcome. The website and demonstrations are provided as available; access may be interrupted and features or content may change.

To the extent applicable law permits, we do not give warranties that this free informational website will meet every need, remain uninterrupted or be error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. App availability and planned features may change; a website demonstration is not a promise of a release date.

External links lead to services we do not operate. Their content, availability and terms are their responsibility. A source link is provided for context; check the original guidance and its intended audience.

Changes and questions

We will post updates here with a revised effective date. If a future feature needs an account, payment or additional permissions, its relevant terms and notices will be provided before that feature is activated. This website does not obtain consent to future data collection merely because you browse it.
