This notice explains how EnduraX LLC handles information on the FuelFriend website and when you email us.

It covers this informational website, its interactive examples and support correspondence. It does not describe a future connected app, child account, research programme or live AI service. FuelFriend’s app is not publicly available yet.

Optional examples and questions

The family-fit questions, food-planning examples and guided Freddie conversation run in your browser. Answers and typed demo questions are used to display the example on the page; the demo does not send them to a server or live AI service. They are not saved to an account, used for advertising or added to a research dataset. Reloading resets the page’s answers and conversation; you can also use Start again or Clear conversation.

Please use example questions without names, contact details, medical records or other identifying information about your child. The website does not have child accounts or a signup, payment or newsletter form.

Browser preferences

If you dismiss the coming-soon announcement, a sessionStorage preference remembers that choice during your browser session. It is not a family profile or analytics identifier. Session restoration and clearing depend on your browser. We do not install advertising trackers, product-analytics scripts or session-replay tools on this website.

Hosting and technical information

Vercel hosts, delivers and protects the website. Page and asset requests involve technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser or system information. This is separate from the demo answers held in page memory. Technical records support delivery, reliability, security and troubleshooting. Their retention depends on the relevant service, security and legal requirements; we do not promise that all provider records are erased after a fixed number of days.

See Vercel’s privacy notice for its practices. Separate protected review previews may require Vercel sign-in; the public website does not require an account.

If you email us

Emailing support@fuelfriend.app, privacy@fuelfriend.app or another published FuelFriend contact sends your address, message, mail metadata and any attachments through email providers. We use Google Workspace for our mailbox. Rose Hall is the only person routinely accessing the support and privacy aliases for FuelFriend; providers also process information to deliver and protect email.

We use correspondence to respond, handle follow-up and address relevant security or legal needs. Sending an email does not enroll you in marketing, research or AI training. Please avoid including identifying child information or medical records. See Google Workspace’s data processing terms for provider information.

Messages or attachments you choose to send may contain health or other sensitive information, even though we ask you not to include it. Such information is used only as needed to handle your request and relevant security or legal requirements. We do not use it to assess your child’s health, personalize the website, train AI or build a research dataset.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep support correspondence to respond to your request, handle follow-up and meet relevant security or legal needs. Deletion may be subject to applicable requirements and our email provider’s recovery and backup processes.

You can email privacy@fuelfriend.app to ask about access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We will assess the request and any rights that apply, and may need proportionate information to verify it. You do not need to send your child’s health history to make a request.

Children and sensitive information

This website is intended for adult parents and caregivers. It does not offer child accounts or invite children to submit information. Please do not send identifying child details or medical records through the demos or email. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact privacy@fuelfriend.app so we can assess the information and appropriate handling.

Security

The public website uses HTTPS. We limit routine access to support correspondence as described above. No website, email system or device can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the privacy contact for a concern rather than sending passwords or additional sensitive records.

Providers, disclosures and external links

We use hosting and email providers for the purposes above. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or needed to address a security incident or protect legal rights. We do not sell demo answers or support correspondence, or share them for targeted advertising.

Educational sources and other external links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. Our links do not include your demo questions or family-fit answers.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice when website practices change. New account, analytics, research or live-AI features require a separate review and any necessary notices and permissions before activation.
