Reporting a problem?

Include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description. Use fictional names and remove identifying or medical details from screenshots. We don’t need your child’s health history to investigate most problems.

Is FuelFriend available?

FuelFriend is in internal testing and is not available for public download yet. The first public release is planned to be free, for adult parents and caregivers in the United States.

What can Freddie do?

Freddie offers preset guided checklists. This version does not use live AI or answer arbitrary nutrition questions.

Where are my records?

The current internal beta stores records in the app on your device, without a FuelFriend account or developer-operated cloud sync. Final storage, backup and deletion instructions will be verified against the public release.

Can FuelFriend check food safety?

FuelFriend cannot verify allergens, cross-contact, swallowing safety or whether a food meets a prescribed care plan. Check labels and preparation, and speak with a qualified healthcare professional about medical or feeding concerns.
